I purchased my first bike here (for school) and had a fantastic experience. But I will say that the better experience came when I brought my bike in after I got a flat after months after. Yelp services said they were open until 6PM, but their hours had changed for the winter and they close at 5PM. I arrived at 4:58PM and said that I will come back another day. The employee (Mike) told me it was no problem at all and to bring my bike in to repair the flat. I didn't feel rushed at all and he did a few extra things (kickstand, answered bike questions, etc.) for me.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service. As I was leaving, another family came in with bike troubles. I was expecting Mike to let them know they were closed, but he didn't. He told them to "Come on in! Let's get you fixed!" That's going above and beyond. I recommend purchasing your bike from here, along with accessories (great at answering bike-related questions).

Awesome shop. Great service, high quality selection of bikes and all the stuff to keep bikes on the trail. Always quick to find answers to questions or problems. Great atmosphere as well. Definitely my go-to shop.

Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. I stopped at another shop in town to get a damper rebuilt and they had no idea what they were talking about. The guys at Joyride knew exactly what to do. Quick jobs like replacing a crown race (almost impossible to do on your own) were only 5 bucks. These guys know what they're talking about and get it done as fast as possible.

The next thing is that they were super friendly. I'm not a bike junkie by any means, and it was probably pretty obvious from the moment I walked in. They still treated me with respect and answered my dumb questions without making me feel dumb either :D

I just visited their new store yesterday and it's pretty slick. Thanks Joyride! I love seeing local businesses do a great job.

Eh. I am pretty new to cycles and I walked in with a question but still knew more than anyone there. Great parts in stock, friendly staff (if not the most knowledgeable.) If repair is what you're looking for, I'd recommend some YouTube videos and doing it yourself. They have plenty of parts and tools available for purchase. When I brought my bike there they even let me use what I needed free of charge. Huge selection of bikes if you're looking to buy a complete cycle. Anyway, bottom line is, this is my go to cycle shop. 8/10 would recommend.

Just wanted to give props to Joyride on a couple of things. First was pricing - I'm big on comparing prices and I needed a few replacement parts for my bike. I had priced them out on the internet before going in. It seems like brick & mortar stores have to charge a premium to stay competitive. Joyride already had the same low prices I found online. I have no idea if they price match, but I didn't have to ask.
