They were really easy through our insurance. Got the car in less then 5 minutes and all we had to do is fill it up and drop it off. The staff was polite and very professional. Recommend for car rentals in logan.
I reserved online with a deal. It generated the total, and then they charged me an extra 25 bucks. The staff was less than friendly ( I was in such a hurry that I didn't me tion the extra charge, I just paid it.) The car was barley clean, and had a few extra scuffs and a cigarette burn, which made me super nervous that I'd get charged for. Car worked great though.
Their agents are so careless and put you in lots of troubles. The used a different reservation for me and charge me extra $40.
We rented a car to visit our our daughter who has a 48 hour pass from the military; we had a confirmed reservation and yet #Hertz had no car. We waited and waited; finally gave up. Customer service is auto generated and customer service cannot help at all.
