We had a little mishap when my wife took her phone in for a new battery. The youngman at the counter accidentally broke her SD card while helping her. She was a bit upset. But not only did they replace her SD card, but they also replaced her battery both FREE of charge. I am very pleased with there efforts to make it right!!!

Ordered a replacement battery for my Sonicare toothbrush. I took advantage of the 10% savings by ordering online and picking up in store. Everything was ready to pick-up a few minutes later. The sales assistant at the store even welded tabs onto the battery for free. Something that would have been terribly tedious and damaging to the battery had I attempted it. Batteries Plus provided great service and for less than $5 I had my Sonicare working like new again.

I really like their friendly customer service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful at answering my questions. I have bought windshield wipers which they install for you. I love how they are friendly to the environment by recycling old batteries. My kids love their small lanterns and colored flashlights we have bought at the store. I dropped my phone outside while feeding our dogs. Our dog got hold of it and chewed on the glass. They did an excellent job replacing the screen. It looks brand new again.
