I am so impressed with the customer service at Ashley. I called for a cushion warrantee question fully expecting to get a long menu just to be transferred to a corporate line. Instead I was answered by an actual person and he shipped new cushions to my house. Less than 5 minutes on the phone and Shawn saved my couch. Thank you!!
This store is top notch!! The owner Bobby went way out of his way to help make right a loophole that the warranty company had found in my warranty claim. Service, Prices, and Turnaround time, were all excellent. There are several dealers in the valley that sell Ashley Furniture, but none that will take care of you like Bobby and his crew.
No pressure buying situation, very good prices. We came all the way from salt lake because of how good the prices were. Most of our home came from Ashley. Here are some of the couches we loved!
