My husband is very upset. He distinctly said, none off the back. Stylists need to listen to what the customer wants and not do their own thing. This isn't the first time this has happened. My husband will likely not be returning to great clips.
Great service everytime I've visited. Great prices for students as well! And all of my cuts have been great as well.
My husband went in, and they used theit paper from previous visits on what he wanted. She asked if that is what he wanted, (off the top and sides) and he said no, today I want it off just the sides. His stylist cut the sides fine. But then cut off the back, which he has been trying to grow for months. He said nothing off the top and back, and she took all the length he had off the back.
These girls do a great job ever single time! I would definitely recommend checking-in on-line, it will absolutely save you time.
There are always friendly stylists and their online check in system is great.
I take my kids here and most of the time I'm satisfied. A few times I've had to return to have them fix my daughter's cut. Overall I will keep returning to this Great Clips. They're very courteous and with the online check-in, we get to go ahead of everyone in the average 30 minute waiting list.
