Service was average. Billing department very frustrating!!! Been trying to get this bill straightened out for two months so far and keep getting the promise that it will be handled with no results.
I have delt with a lot of hospitals in the past two years and have never had that bad of an experience. Billing department is awful. They don't communicate at all. They send you to collections if you can't pay thousands of dollars that day. Their doctors send you straight to collections before you even get a bill.
I was in Logan working and got an inner ear infection, I went to the emergency room to get relief from the pain. The Dr came in and told me I had an inner ear infection and gave me an antibiotic and told me it would get feeling better in 2 or 3 days and there was nothing he could do about the pain. I ended up going home early from my trip because the antibiotics didn't work and now my ear one month later has a ringing sound constantly. My dr told me the antibiotics they gave me doesn't work on this type of infection. If you are sick never go there.
I have been here a lot. The MRI was good. I had a good time at the mole place.
Some doctors are fine.
Horrible experience. Contracted a serious staph infection through catheter. Never got one call following up to see how I was doing. But I got 3 calls for a survey and two letters for a survey. They better not be sending me a bill. Caution, do not have surgery there.
