I will continue using them as long as I need their service.
Let me tell you why you should find a different storage facility. I have stored my trailer here for three years with no problem, my card was charged each month and I knew my trailer was safe. Earlier this year the storage lot was bought out by a different company and I received no notification from them that there was a change (which is no problem I understand that things will be missed with a change of ownership). I was going through my bills and realized they haven't been charging me so I called THEM and made them aware that they weren't charging me. I spoke with a lady that said you have been charged late fees and you must pay them now, I agreed that I owed them the monthly payment and was more than happy to oblige but I felt that waiving the fee was the right thing to do. I was told they would not waive the fees and I reminded her that I had been using the facility for 3 years and have never missed a beat, I asked if it was worth losing a future client for years to come over 40.00 and she said she would talk to her manager. I never recieved a call so I reached out again and got the "manager" who said that they didn't care if I stayed a client the late fees stayed. I drove down, paid my bill (plus late fee) and I will no longer do business here, customer service isn't even on their radar.
Great Facility, clean wide lanes that make it easy to back in a long trailer and I really like the video surveillance and the keypad entry when I get back from fishing at 4:00am!
