Exceptional service over the phone and in person. They were quick to work with me and able to transfer my prescription over to their pharmacy easily.
Doesn't seem to care, really has no veritiey, expand your pharmacy and carry more hyper dank, and pharmaceuticals Wal-Mart!
Service is great other than the no stock in more types and forms of medications. It isn't the employees fault, it's corps.
Soooooo slow.
We have problems almost every month with getting my sons seizure meds. He gets thee same meds almost every month. I call in an order on their automated line witch is great, and I show up to pick them up and of course, I get sorry we don't have enough to fill this for a couple of days. Really. I would say 4 or the last 5 months one or more of his meds weren't in stock to get filled. These aren't new prescriptions. they are ongoing ones that we fill every month. So aggravating. I often don't find out till I'm there to pick it up. Last month they shorted me 100 of his seizure pills, and we had to call in to fix that. This isn't the only pharmacy in town and its not the closes or most convenient. I may be switching soon due to all of the problems.
