Left les Schwab and went straight to Big O Tires. They promise you will be safe and worry free because of their fantastic warranty. Well the truth is if your tire goes bad they will offer the very minimum and try to negotiate with you from there. Absolutely ridiculous.
I recently had the suspension replaced on my car. They got the replacement done within 30 minutes of the quote time they told me upfront and have an excellent free lifetime warranty service. I've gotten all my tires here and love the free rotations and flat repair. They're a company with excellent service with reasonable prices and keep their word of "doing the right thing." I won't go anywhere else for tires or suspension.
Awesome service, and they will never rip you off. If you are a woman, you can feel safe with your money in this location. Which is a HUGE plus in my book.
They were quick putting on tires. It just seems that every time i go here they find something wrong with the car! First time i just paid and had them fix it but i went back for rotation and they found more stuff so i took it to a mechanic. He told me there was a little wear but they didn't have to be replaced right then. Then i started to worry who was telling me the truth? So i went to another mechanic who checked it and said the same thing there was no problem with the rod i was lead to believe had to be fixed right now. So if they say you need something fixed have it checked out by an unbiased mechanic that you trust and you may just save money.
Recently ex wife came to this store in North Logan and had a bad tire. She couldn't afford new ones so they replaced her tires with some used ones and didn't charge her anything. You are amazing and you will always have our business! You were so kind to her and I'll never forget that. We are not like others and we still care about each other. Thank you for helping her! It means a lot to me and to her.
