I returned a few days later with my wife and had her test drive the car. Then I looked it over again in detail and made them an offer. Being familiar with the make and model I knew it needed some additional maintenance so I made them an offer based on the expenses I would incur. They accepted the offer and quickly had the paperwork drawn up. A few minutes to sign the legal documents and I was out of there.
I not only found the perfect car, it was reasonably priced and all the employees helped me down to the last detail. From letting me test drive the car twice to making sure I had gas in the tank to putting the plates on, they did more than any dealership would be expected to. Not only that, they were all very friendly, informative, and honest. I would 100% go back to them to buy a car.
Next time I'm in the market for a used vehicle I will definitely check with Deals on Wheels first. Their no hassle, no pressure, no frills, fair price, and the quick in and out buying process are all a welcome relief when compared to the big name car lots elsewhere.
Great experience with Deals on Wheels last month! Buying a used vehicle from Deals on Wheels was a faster, easier, and overall much better experience than the when I bought a used vehicle from a big dealer in SLC this past winter.
I just bought an F150, it was a good deal and they treated me fairly. Their cars are well kept and the dealers friendly enough.
These guys were great! Very patient with me. Didn’t pressure me into buying anything. They even sent my vehicle to a mechanic to have my concerns addressed with the vehicle I bought. I worked directly with Bart...he was great to work with. Highly recommend.
0 STARS!!! This dealership is AWFUL. We bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze April 2016. While the car buying experience was fine and seemed like a great deal, it ended up being the worst decision. We had our car for 2 months and already had a fix that cost us more than $500. Within the next few months, our whole cooling system had to be replaced. Then after that, we had to redo the brakes. We then wanted to sell the car. Come to find out that we had an odometer discrepancy that we were not made aware of. Thus we were trying to sell our car for $7,000 and could only get $3,000. Long story short, this dealership does not inspect their cars, absolutely no customer service, and complete frauds. DO NOT BUY!
