One start for the service department - My husband and I have been looking for a year for our next vehicle change thought we'd found something we'd liked and worked out the price. During the price discussions I commented that service department was as important as the vehicle for our satisfaction. I really wish I'd read these reviews before the purchase - I'd still be looking for that next vehicle. A clear coat and satin resistant was to be added to the Jeep following the purchase - we delivered the vehicle and worked out transportation to our jobs while the Jeep was in for 24 hours. When we went to pick it up - Jeep could not be found on the lot for almost 30 minutes - it was finally located in the north 40 of the lot, the scratch's that were supposed to be buffed out before the clear coat had not been buffed out and a quarter tank of gas was gone and I'm about positive and additional 20 miles added.
I was happy with the sales team, and the transaction of the sale BUT vehicle service is an on going long term relationship that needs to be as much a focus as the front end pretty stuff.
I have also worked with their service center, and they are very courteous and helpful.
I'm shopping for a new car, and these guys actually let me do that. I walked around and looked at all the stuff they had, and then they gave me an in depth look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. They went over several options, and they let me leave without trying to lock me down into a vehicle.
My husband and I had an amazing experience. It has been about two weeks since we bought our awesome 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I wanted to wait a few weeks to give a review and man, I am glad I did. They gave us a follow up call, had us go in the day after we bought it so they could fill us up full of gas then check everything else. They have been great and I am so happy we chose to go with Heritage in Logan. Our salesmen was Brandon and he was the best.
Zero stars would be appropriate but I can't do that so here's a very unearned star! Service place was very unprofessional! When we called to schedule the appointment they said "Bring it in at 1:30 and we will have it out by 2-2:30 at the latest!" This is for a recall with the airbags that have killed people with metal shards when it goes off. A pretty big deal. We said okay as long as we have your word and he said we did. We want to go see our family in Spanish fork and beat traffic. However. We take it in and they say they'll have it done by 3:30 because they are a little behind which is no big deal we can wait an hour. However we get there at 3:30 and the truck hasn't moved! We talk to the guy at the desk and he says your up next only 45 more minutes and it will be done! So me and my boyfriend contemplate staying and decide we can take care of the airbags at a more professional place and go back to the desk to ask for our keys. The desk person looked frightened and didn't move.. so we grabbed our keys off the desk and he looks at us like we are in some sort of trouble. I have a hard time with people not keeping their word. These people are unprofessional and just waste time. The service desk person even said that to his coworker while I was in the waiting room. They need to know that people can hear from the waiting room.
My Husband and I had a really nasty first time experience buying our first car and we were dreading looking for a new one. Heritage was not pushy, asked is what we needed / wanted. Met all our expectations and much more. They will certainly have us as customers for life.
