Great place for a great car buying experience. Very trustworthy. Extremely professional. Go in and ask for Chris or Darrell! They will take care of you. With their ability to get anybody approved, find the exact car you want and the awesome salesman this place will make you feel like buying a car is fun instead of like getting a tooth pulled.
After a miserable experience at a dealership, I came here and thoroughly enjoyed it. They were kind, friendly, and easy to work with. They didn’t push too hard or haggle me on pricing. We quickly found a compromise, ran financing, and completed all the paperwork. Great experience, will highly recommend, and will continue to do business as soon as I’m ready for another purchase.
First, the guys here were pushy. Second (and most importantly) I test drove 2 SUVs and had them looked over by import auto, both were terrible cars. One needed the engine replaced because of a rod knock, after I wasted my tine and money and told them about the rod knock they revealed that they already knew about that issue. WHY NOT TELL ME ABOUT THAT RIGHT AWAY? The other car had a bad transmission. The guys at Utah Carzz insisted that the transmission was "brand new" but the mechanics at import auto told me that was a lie and that they had only done a patch job on the transmission. After that I was done with Utah Carzz, I could no longer trust that they would sell me a quality vehicle and took my business to Deals on Wheels (where I found a fantastic car) instead.
Didn't realize I was in such great company with all the 1 star reviews! We were promised a few things by these guys when buying the car that were never taken care of. Fixing the heated seats and new tires when we needed them. (I insisted on them putting new tires on the car when we bought it, but was told "we'll get you new tires when you need them"). They rarely call you back and you are forced to call in over and over to check on the status of the repair, as well as not being there multiple times when they have scheduled repairs to be done. We finally gave up on the heated seats after 2 months or so of “we’re waiting on parts” After a little over a year I called in to get my new tires as directed, and was met with a "that's not what our records show" After 2 weeks of being dodged by Darrell their Sales manager who was the finance guy when we bought the car, and going back and forth over what “at our cost” means. They told me they were not going to be buying us the new tires as promised. I would recommend finding a car elsewhere, and if you do buy from them make sure they write it all out in plain english what they are going to do for you. I really feel like I was victim of a bait and switch. Also their salesmen post reviews on various sites, while not against policy if they have purchased cars. I feel that is a huge conflict of interest.
