Everytime I've gone here to get tires, they treat me very well and make sure I'm getting the best value out of them. Occassionaly they don't last as long as I'd like them to, but that's what you get when buying used tires. The lady that runs the front desk has always given me a good price and the owner is a great guy as well. Highly recommend to anyone.
I love Express Auto ! They have treated me so good, its like they are my family i get so excited to make my car payment. When nobody would give me a chance they did. Every time I go in there it has been a amazing experience, from simple things like tires to full on motor tune up. Great people, amazing mechanic's really fast repairs and the best part is my car was done when they said it was going to be. Not to mention the labor rate is amazing. I could write a novel of how pleased and happy I have been with these guys. I would highly recommend buying a car from them. I currently drive 2001 Volvo s80 twin turboed and I love it I will continue to buy future cars from them maybe a truck next time :)
I wish I could give 10 stars. Very friendly staff and techs, great prices on used tires, and they all stayed an hour and a half after hours to help, even though I showed up after their usual closing time. I would highly recommend Express Auto and Tire!
In short: professional, courteous, helpful, and honest. My roadside assistance service called them for a tow when we blew a tire and disabled the engine on our 15 passenger van while on vacation from Michigan. It was too late to get any work done anywhere else, but Gracie said they'd stay and get me in. Kevin, the owner, was very open about what really needed to be fixed to get back on the road and what could wait until we got home, and was willing to discuss creative options if they didn't have what we needed in stock (including a loaner big enough to fit all of us). Ramiro, the mechanic whom the tow truck driver described as a genius, had the van running as good as new in under an hour, and since we didn't have anything else to wait for, we went with a used tire (they didn't have a new one in stock in our size). What could have been s major schedule disruption only cost us two hours from start to finish. Express saved our vacation! (I'll post again when it's gone a couple thousand on the new, used tire.)
Love this place Gracie and her team take care of me and my girlfriend everytime we come in. Always willing to work with us no matter what it is. If they don't have what we need they figure a way to get it or do it for us. Excellent customer service. One time I had a set of tires for my truck I wanted to try on they test fit one and didn't charge me just so I would know for sure that's what I wanted.They treat us great every visit. We will always continue coming here.
